Clinch River Brewing Food Menu

Chef  Brandon Cruze  keeps our menu very exciting.  Below is an example of what you can expect to see but the menu does change slightly from week to week.  It always makes us sad to see one of our favorites go but we are always amazed at how amazingly tasty the replacement turns out to be.  We can only attribute Brandon’s Culinary ability to Magic.  We try to keep this menu up to date but sometimes our great Craft beer gets in the way of what we should be doing.

Small Bites

  • Creole Spiced Crawfish dip, roasted garlic and toasted cayenne oil, scallion, toasted crostini
  • Kimchi brined Georgia chicken wings, chili sauce, roasted garlic aioli 
  • Warm Bavarian soft pretzel, jalapeno beer cheese
  • White bean and lemon Shandy hummus, garden vegetables, buttermilk feta, chili sauce, Zapps chips, sesame crackers
  • Buttered popcorn: Garlic and dill, curry black pepper,  Cajun-creole, kimchi spice

Big Bites

  •  Garlic and thyme roasted vegetables, polenta cake, roasted red pepper salsa, capers, roasted garlic aioli, scallion  
  • Gulf shrimp and grits, country ham, Cajun sausage, mushrooms, Shelton Farms buttermilk cheddar grits, scallion
  • Garlic and thyme roasted chicken thigh, curry chickpeas, roasted red peppers, crumbled feta
  • Pork carnitas, potato hash, scrambled egg, roasted peppers and onions, buttermilk cheddar, garlic aioli, white bean salad, warm tortillas
  • Fried rice jambalaya, gulf shrimp, crispy pork, roasted chicken, trinity, carrots, mushroom, fried egg, cayenne aioli
  • Muddy Pond honey glazed pork rib, black pepper, charred vinegar slaw, cayenne spiced pecans

  • Hot sauce roasted chicken, Sweetwater cheddar, pickles, roasted garlic aioli, toasted French bread,
  • Peppered Brisket-Creole beer mustard, beefy may, Sweetwater cheddar, pickled onions and jalapenos, toasted baguette
  • Pimento grilled cheese, crispy pork belly, pickles
  • The Piggy Back, Benton’s bacon, beer braised pork shoulder, pickles, buttermilk cheddar, Sweet Chile sauce, chow chow, toasted French bread


  • Pecan Date Streusel with cream cheese icing, drizzled with honey
