Chef Brandon Cruze always keeps our menu exciting. Below is an example of what you may expect to see at CRB. Please note – the menu does change slightly from day to day and week to week, depending on the supply of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
It makes us sad to see one of our favorites go, but we are always amazed at how incredibly tasty the replacement turns out to be. We can only attribute Brandon’s Culinary ability to Magic.
